Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician specializing in Internal Medicine / Family Medicine to provide outpatient care for adult patients in our Braintree, MA office.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases, and a passion for improving patient health outcomes. Because we are an independent group, we control our own schedules, administration, staff, and overhead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a wide variety of diseases and conditions in adult patients.
• Conduct thorough physical exams and health assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work.
• Educate patients on lifestyle changes, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide timely follow-up and monitoring of patient progress.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license in Massachusetts.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
